Must Read Before Entering A Raffle
PARTICIPANT QUALIFICATIONS
By entering any BoobRaffle.com raffle participants agree to abide by all the rules and conditions contained herein.
Participants in any BoobRaffle.com raffle must be 18 years of age or older.
No persons associated with BoobRaffle.com in any capacity or relatives of those so associated will be allowed to participate in any BoobRaffle.com raffles.
Upon discovery that any disqualified persons have entered any BoobRaffle.com raffles, the names of such persons will be immediately removed from the respective raffles and other Entries accepted to fill the vacancies.
Upon discovery that any disqualified persons have been drawn as Winners in any BoobRaffle.com raffles, the winning status of such persons will be immediately revoked and other Winners moved up in rank in the order they were originally drawn out. Afterward, new Entrants can be accepted, and new Winners drawn out for the respective raffles, if necessary.
PROCEDINGS
- Payment
All credit card information provided to BoobRaffle.com will be handled with the utmost good faith and confidentiality and will be received and processed over a secure server that protects said information from prying or exploitation by outside parties.
By providing credit card information participants agree to pay the amount of the raffle Entries purchased.
Participants acknowledge that their credit cards will be billed immediately upon submission of their credit card information to BoobRaffle.com at which time they will simultaneously be assigned their allotted Entries into their particular raffle(s).
Participants may purchase Entries for others in the form of BoobRaffle.com Gift Certificates or by submitting the intended recipient’s name in the appropriate space in the raffle entry form. Otherwise, Entries are none transferable and non-refundable.
Drawings
- Drawings will take place within 72 hours after the close of each particular raffle. All Raffles will close as soon as the allotted number of Entries have been purchased or no later than the end of 90 days from the opening of that particular raffle.
- All BoobRaffle.com drawings will be supervised by a qualified Notary Public who will audit the drawings and attest to the fair and equitable practices of the proceedings.
- Winners will be chosen at random by having the names of all Entries for each particular raffle printed on identical cards, anonymously mixed in a closed container, and arbitrarily drawn out one at a time.
- The first name drawn out for each raffle, barring any disqualification, will be considered the First Place Winner for that particular raffle.
- The second name drawn out for each raffle, barring any disqualification, will be considered the Second Place Winner for that particular raffle.
- The third name drawn out for each raffle, barring any disqualification, will be considered the Third Place Winner for that particular raffle.
- The fourth name drawn out for each raffle, barring any disqualification, will be considered the Runner Up Candidate and will become the Third Place Winner if any of the first three Winners are disqualified for any reason.
Notification
- Winners will be notified immediately after the drawing for their particular raffle has taken place by the quickest possible means available.
- In the event that a Winner cannot be located and notified after BoobRaffle.com has exhausted all available methods of contact (including telephone, email, FAX, and surface mail), the Second, Third, and Runner-up Winners will move up in rank in the order they were drawn out, but only after a minimum of two weeks have elapsed after the closing day of their particular raffle.
PRIZES
- First Place Winners will receive compensation for breast implant surgery.
- Second and Third Place Winners will each receive a gift certificate for merchandise worth $00.00 at a select store.
- The amount of compensation awarded to the First Place Winner will be between $4,000.00 and $6,000.00 depending on the quote from their selected surgeon. However, no money will be remitted to the Winner if the procedure costs less than $4,000.00.
- No more than $6,000.00 will be paid for any breast implant surgery procedures. The Winner will be liable for any remaining fees and costs in excess of the maximum $6,000.00 amount.
- First Place Winners acknowledge that no cash payments will be made directly to them, but will instead be paid to their surgeon of choice as compensation for breast implant surgery only.
- First Place Winners will be responsible to select their own surgeon for breast implant surgery. BoobRaffle.com will not select, recommend, or refer any surgeons.
- No compensation for First Place Winners will be provided until after said Winners submit a written quote for payment from their selected surgeon to BoobRaffle.com with explicit instructions to arrange for payment for elective breast implant surgery.
- No additional payments or fees will be paid to any surgeon after the original quote for breast implant surgery is paid.
- No payments, refunds or additional prizes will be awarded to the First Place Winner if they subsequently elect to forgo breast implant surgery for any reason.
CONDITIONS
- Participants are responsible to verify the competency and qualifications of their chosen surgeons. BoobRaffle.com will not guarantee the quality, safety or performance of any medical professionals or procedures.
- At any time BoobRaffle.com reserves the right to cancel a raffle in progress with no charge to the participants. If participants have had charges made to their credit cards and their raffle is canceled their credit cards will be credited for the full amount they had been originally charged.
- BoobRaffle.com reserves the right to disqualify any participant for any reasons with full refund of payments made.
Participants are responsible to determine their own fitness to undergo breast implant surgery. Those unable to undergo breast implant surgery because of any physical or medical reasons will be disqualified from receiving any First Place compensation for such surgery without refund of their entry fees.
By participating in BoobRaffle.com raffles all Winners agree to allow their names to be used within the "Winners List" of the BoobRaffle.com web-site.
No images of any BoobRaffle.com Winners will be used in any way without the explicit permission of the participants.
DISCLAIMER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
- By participating in any BoobRaffle.com raffles participants agree to release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue and agree to hold BoobRaffle.com and any and all of its agents, associates, officers, representatives, employees, heirs and successors harmless from any and all claims, demands and actions of any and every kind that may have or may hereafter accrue, arising out of or relating in any respect to participant’s voluntary participation in cosmetic surgery associated with the winning of any BoobRaffle.com First Place prizes of compensation for breast implant surgery and any related events or procedures. This waiver and release of all claims, demands, actions, and liabilities shall include without limitation, any injury, damage or loss to persons or property which may be caused by an act, or failure to act, by any cosmetic surgeon, voluntarily chosen and contracted by the participants, for cosmetic surgery of any kind, before, during or after any such surgical procedures take place. Participants further agree to indemnify and hold the parties released above harmless from any and all losses, damages, claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating in any respect their participation in any BoobRaffle.com activities or its related events or their own breach of the above rules and agreements. Participants further more acknowledge that they are not a minor and are of legal and lawful age to abide by the above rules and enter into the above agreements, release of liability, and associated surgical procedures.
